I can already see that I was able to change so much that I recognize several of my old patterns and I no longer get into them, I handle them differently. I respect myself and set boundaries better, and respect other people’s boundaries more as well.
It’s worth being in the Women’s circle, you’ll learn a lot, including about yourself. You’ll have many AHA moments, sometimes brought by something Oana bring into the circle, sometimes by the home practices, and sometimes by other participants. It’s great to develop and grow in a group, you can feel the dynamics, the team spirit, the energy. It brings so much more than just going alone on the journey.
